SPECIALIZING IN MULTI AXIS LATHES

Excel Tool specializes in the use of 7-8 axis lathes and 3 axis mills to achieve high standards for production.
​
With the use of our multi turret, multi spindle, multi axis lathes we are able to accomplish turning, threading, milling, and drilling all with one setup setting us apart from others.

Experienced with cutting steel, stainless, aluminum, and brass.

COMMITED TO COMPLETION
Like most businesses we have our specialty, which is the use of CNC machines to turn raw material into precision machined parts. Secondary operations can be facilitated through our vast network of suppliers ranging from heat treat, shot peen, coatings, EDM work, broaching and more.
CAPACITIES
Our lathes have spindle through capacity up to 3.175", total Y axis travel up to 5.25". Max turning diameter up to 13.7".

Our mills have 40"X20" tables with 17.5" Z axis travel.
